From Stage to Screen: Friedemann Makes His Film Debut in Award-Winning "Cranko"
Cranko, Joachim A. Lang's acclaimed biopic of the visionary choreographer John Cranko, has won a Bronze Tower at the prestigious New York Festivals TV & Film Awards!
The film, which marks the feature debut of Friedemann Vogel, who appears as esteemed Stuttgart Ballet dancer Heinz Clauss, the muse of Cranko, played by Sam Riley, has also enjoyed box office success in Japan, with cinemas extending its run multiple times, since screening the film in March timed to coincide with Friedemann’s guest performances with the Tokyo Ballet.
